Interested in playing polocrosse?

Polocrosse Canada wants to see more and more people take up the sport of polocrosse and will do all that we can to help you get started!

Polocrosse is a game for everyone; regardless of your age, riding ability and regardless of whether you are highly competitive or simply want to have a good time with your horses! It is a very fun, very relaxed horse sport and the only requirements you need to take it up are love of horses and the ability to enjoy yourself!

Polocrosse is messing around by yourself with a stick and ball, playing a little impromptu one on one, or perhaps two on two with some friends to full scale tournament play. It’s played throughout the world by people of all ages and riding skills. It’s all polocrosse, and it’s all fun.

Polocrosse is a recognized pony club discipline in a number of countries and is great as an alternate sport for pony clubs with their own rules and international competitions. Club members love playing it its a natural extension to the mounted games and a great way to keep boys involved. It helps improve the schooling of the horses and the balance and flexibility of the riders. It is also a very socialable sport so pony club members can be assured they will make many new friends amongst the polocrosse community.

We have a number of clubs taking clinics, interested in meeting new clubs to compete against. Polocrosse Canada would like to work with your club to get you started. Polocrosse Canada can help clubs source equipment and arrange coaches and materials to deliver introductory sessions to interested pony clubs and 4H clubs.
