POLOCROSSE TOURNAMENT

July 5th and 6th

Held in conjunction with the world famous

‘Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth”

CALGARY STAMPEDE

Event Information

Entry Fee: includes Tournament Play Saturday & Sunday

Friday night Pizza Party Meet & Greet

Saturday night ‘Dinner’ with all the fixin’s and evening entertainment

$100.00 per Adult ( $85.00 if paid before June 20th)

$ 80.00 per Junior ( $65.00 if paid before June 20th)

$ 50.00 per FPC Member

Deadline : Please have registration form and payment in by June 20th

Meet & Greet - Friday night 7 pm - 9 pm , Pizza Party - Pam Bergens deck (late registrations)

International Rules - Tournament Dress

Play Format : A,B,C Schedule will be posted Friday night

Special Interest Chukas: Greenhorse & Masters & Walk Trot

Ride in the Parade: Must wear white wraps, boots, blankets and tournament jersey, helmet - The Parade is on Friday July 4th am - Contact Parade Coordinator - Leslie Plant

Horse Accommodation: Outdoor Stalls: Metal Stalls - $30 for the weekend , one horse per stall Electric Pens : Electric pens are allowed you must supply your own, ground use fee $10 for the weekend per horse ,Water Available bring pails Hay : $10 a bale

Services : Veterinarian & Farrier on call , EMT on site , close to amenities in town of Okotoks 10 mins away

Camping: FREE Camping on site , No showers available , outdoor washrooms

Dogs welcome but must be on leash and under control at all times

Meals: Concession on site for breakfast, lunch, beer etc Saturday night Dinner included in entry . $15.00 for additional dinner tickets.
