Perhaps a entry into the bylaws regarding alcohol a polocrosse events.

When we host clinics what measures do we need to take to ensure we are covered by insurance?
Do participants need to join a Polocrosse Canada? Sign Waivers? Everyone needs helmets, boot, saddle with no horn?

I would like to confirm that the meeting is still going forward on Sunday.

Sorry all, I can not attend the meeting on June 1st. If I remember correctly the meeting was to be at our house(Barb , Geno and Morgan).
