You are invited to the 2009 Canadian Polocrosse Open Nationals being held at the Millarville Polocrosse Club in Alberta, Canada. The tournament will be comprised of sectional teams of A, B and C grade competing on Saturday and Sunday to win annually awarded trophies.

Gold Ticket $95 All play, T-Shirt, breakfast lunch & supper on Saturday and breakfast & lunch on Sunday
Silver Ticket $50 T-Shirt, breakfast lunch & supper on Saturday and breakfast & lunch on Sunday
Bronze Ticket $30 Breakfast lunch & supper on Saturday and breakfast & lunch on Sunday
T-Shirt $20 T-Shirt
Supper $15 Saturday night supper

Stabling: Calgary and Foothills clubs will each be provided with one large paddock with automatic water. Separation and watering beyond this is up to the clubs. Individuals requiring stabling should phone the Millarville Club to set something up.

Camping: Tent or RV where you can find room. No hook ups.

Meals: Meals & non-alcoholic beverages will be supplied to those with tickets; those without tickets may be able to purchase meals if enough are available. Alcoholic beverages will be available for sale.

Umpire Horses: Take $10 off your entry fee if you can supply an umpire horse.

Facility Rules:

  • All players must be members of Polocrosse Canada; exceptions will be made on an individual basis.
  • All dogs must be leashed while play is going on.
  • Helmets must be worn at all times while mounted.
  • Please refrain from consuming alcohol until you have finished playing or refereeing for the day

Entry: Deadline – Sunday August 23rd 2009. Entries received after this date shall be subject to a $25 penalty. Cheques to be made out to Millarville Polocrosse Club and can be mailed to

Silent Auction: A silent auction will be held with all proceeds going to Sinclair’s family. Donations to the auction would be appreciated. (And don’t forget to bring your cheque books!)
